ABOUT THE SERIES: The Women’s Series is a cohort-based low-impact fitness class that focuses on building strength, enhancing balance, and fostering a supportive community for women ages 50+.

Each cohort meets weekly for 1 hour for 3 or 6 weeks. Each class will include a warm-up, balance and strength exercises using bodyweight and gymnastics equipment, and a cool-down with stretching.

Participants will be given a handout at the final class with all of the exercises we’ve done in class that can be easily done at home.

PRICING:

  • 6-week series: $140 ($23/class)
  • 3-week series: $75 ($25/class)
  • Drop-in class: $27

LOCATION: Right now classes are being held at Sweatband Collective in Linden Hills and Rebels Gymnastics in Bloomington. I hope to add other locations in the future!
