Do I need to be a particular fitness level to participate?

To participate, you must be able to get up and down off the floor independently. No additional skills or fitness level needed – modifications and options will be provided for each part of class!

I’m not quite 50. Can I participate in the Women’s Series?

Yes! The Women’s Series is designed for women 50 and older, but there is some wiggle room in that. Send me an email at strongandsteadymn@gmail.com to chat more about it.

What should I wear?

Plan to wear something you are comfortable moving in. Gyms do not necessarily have air conditioning, so keep that in mind and dress for the weather. Socks are required.

Where are Strong & Steady classes offered? Will this be offered at different locations/times in the future?

Our first classes will be at Sweatband Collective in Linden Hills and Rebels Gymnastics in Bloomington. In the future, our hope is to offer classes at locations across the Twin Cities metro, and the hours will vary.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the class. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of class are eligible for a 50% refund. If you need to drop out of a series due to injury or illness, a prorated refund will be offered if you notify me prior to the start of class.
